2. Who am I

This website is a personal photography portfolio operated by PK Photo. It does not represent a company or commercial entity. For any privacy-related enquiry, you can reach out via the contact page.

3. What data is collected

This site collects only the minimum data necessary to function:

  • Newsletter sign-up — if you subscribe, your email address is stored solely to send you updates. It is never shared with third parties.
  • Server logs — the web server may log standard HTTP request data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and diagnostic purposes. These logs are not used for tracking and are deleted regularly.
  • Contact form — any message you send is used only to reply to you.

Whom do I share your data with

No one. Period.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long do I retain your data

For users that register on this website (if any), I also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What are your data protection rights

4. Cookies & tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or analytics services (such as Google Analytics). A minimal localStorage entry is saved in your browser to remember your light/dark mode preference. No personal data is stored in it.

5. Third-party services

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Google may collect anonymised request data according to their own privacy policy. No other third-party services are used on this site.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data you have provided (e.g. your email address). To exercise these rights, contact me via the contact page and I will respond within 30 days.

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data held about you, including any data you have provided to this website. You can also request that I erase any personal data I hold about you. This does not include any data I’m obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
